To use Google Chrome:  You need Acrobat Reader to submit this report. If needed, Click here to install it. Then,

1. Under Settings, choose Privacy and Security, Content settings

(OR, type chrome://settings/content in your browser)

Scroll down to PDF Documents

Enable "Open PDF using a different application"

2:   Or: On your computer, open Chrome.

At the top right, click More More and then Settings.
At the bottom, click Show advanced settings.
Under “Privacy,” click Content settings.
Under “PDF Documents,” check the box next to “Open PDF files in the default PDF viewer application.”

3: Some success has been had by downloading the M&A report directly to your computer, and opening from there. The Submit button will be outlined in red if you are in Adobe, and Adobe will launch Chrome to submit to the District Website.

To use Firefox:  You need Acrobat Reader to submit this report. If needed, Click here to install it. Then,

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu and choose Options.
  2. In the General panel, navigate to the Applications section.
  3. Find Portable Document Format (PDF) in the list and click on it to select it.
  4. Click on the drop-down arrow in the Action column for the above entry and select the PDF viewer you wish to use.

 

To use Microsoft Edge:   You need Acrobat Reader to submit this report. If needed, Click here to install it. Then,

    Right-click the thumbnail of a PDF file, and then click Properties.

     

    Right-click and click Properties

    In the file's Properties dialog box, click Change.

     

    Click Change

    Choose Adobe Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat, and then click OK.

    In the Properties dialog box, click OK.

    You need Acrobat Reader to submit this report. If needed, Click here to install it.

    BE SURE THE SUBMIT BUTTON IS CIRCLED IN RED. If not, follow steps above.

    Simply identify your club on the pull down menu, fill in the fields, and press the "Submit" Button. Please wait a few moments for the confirmation screen to appear - (loading all that data takes a little time!)

    If the Confirmation Screen does not appear, please save your report using the Acrobat reader tab at top, and Email to the CST. Then, try following the instructions above and send a "Test" Report, fillig in only your club name and type "Test" in any field.

    Your report will be available to the District Governor, CST, 1st and 2nd Vice District Governors, and your Region and Zone Chairs. 

    You are able to print the report using your Browser's Print Button.

    If you would like to verify that your report was submitted correctly,or need to reprint or save any report, put your cursor on the "File Reports" Tab on the Menu, and click on "Submissions Manager". Put in a date range and find your club's report.
